What is covered under Warranty?
Our products are covered by one year warranty when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended; this period of warranty will start from the day you receive the items.
This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn’t apply if the damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, water damage or normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind.
In order to make a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase.

How do I make a warranty claim?
Before sending your product please contact us at support@zuatly.com with your order details and a description of the fault or damage. Including photographs of any fault helps a lot in speeding up claims.
